Start the morning with writing down goals and intentions you wish to pull in for yourselves and loved ones.
Gently move into a 90 minute flow style yoga class including sun salutations, standing and seated postures and ending with a quiet meditation.
Break for lunch. Eatery on site.
Come together to create spring inspired altar decor that you get to take home with you, as a reminder and inspiration of the goals and intentions you've set for yourself.
